GioDealSource Ltd acts as an introducer of property opportunities, including serviced accommodation, investment deals, and commercial opportunities.  
We do not act as financial advisors, investment managers, or legal representatives.

3. Fees & Payment  

All sourcing fees must be agreed in advance and paid in full before full deal details, landlord introductions, or sensitive information are released.  

All payments are final and non-refundable.

4. No Refund Policy  

Due to the nature of sourcing and introduction services, all fees are strictly non-refundable once a deal has been introduced or relevant information has been shared.

5. No Guarantee of Performance  

While we aim to present high-quality, well-researched opportunities, we do not guarantee:  
- Profitability  
- Occupancy rates  
- Financial performance  

All figures provided are estimates based on market data and experience.

6. Client Responsibility & Due Diligence  

You are fully responsible for conducting your own due diligence before proceeding with any opportunity.  
This includes financial checks, legal advice, and independent verification of all information.

 7. Independent Decision Making  

All decisions made following an introduction are solely your responsibility.  
GioDealSource Ltd is not liable for outcomes resulting from your decisions or execution.

8. Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention  

All opportunities, contacts, and information shared are strictly confidential.  
You agree not to:  
- Share deal details with third parties  
- Circumvent or approach landlords/agents directly without our involvement  

Any breach may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability  

GioDealSource Ltd shall not be held liable for:  
- Financial loss  
- Business losses  
- Missed opportunities  
- Any indirect or consequential damages  

10. Acceptance of Terms
